Carrie Daub MS, LMHC

I know how hard it can be to reach out when everything already feels like too much. So if you’re here, I’m really glad you found your way here.

I’m Carrie Daub, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and the founder of Collective Wellness. I work with young adults navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, and those seasons when you feel stuck or unsure of what comes next.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I draw from CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and nature-informed therapy, but more than any specific technique, I care about creating a space where you can show up as you are.

I hold a deep respect for the experience of grief and the many ways loss can shape us. Whether you’re grieving a person, a relationship, a season of life, or a version of the future you imagined, you don’t have to carry it alone. I also incorporate nature and creative experiences when they feel like a good fit, because healing doesn’t always happen through talking alone.

You don’t have to have it all figured out before you start. You just have to take one small step, and I’ll meet you there.
