Walk and Talk Nature-Based Therapy

Sometimes the best conversations happen when we are moving. Walk and talk therapy takes our sessions outside, where the rhythm of walking and the calming presence of nature can make it easier to open up and process what you are carrying. We meet at a local park or trail and walk together while we talk, just like we would in a traditional session, but with fresh air and a little more space to breathe. This approach is a great fit if you find it hard to sit still, feel more comfortable talking side by side rather than face to face, or simply feel more at ease when you are outdoors. Sessions are 50 minutes. Sessions can be tailored to your preference.

Telehealth Sessions

Life gets busy, and sometimes getting to an office just is not possible. Telehealth sessions let you connect with me from wherever you are, whether that is your car, your home, or anywhere else you have a few minutes of privacy. All you need is a phone or computer and a secure internet connection. The conversation is just as real and the support is just as genuine, whether we are in the same room or miles apart. Telehealth is available for individual therapy and is a great option if you have a demanding schedule, limited transportation, or simply prefer the comfort of your own space.

Group Therapy Sessions

There is something really powerful about realizing you are not alone in what you are going through. Group therapy brings people together who are navigating similar experiences, offering a space to share, listen, and support one another alongside professional guidance. I am currently in the process of forming groups and will be announcing upcoming sessions soon.
